Valve pressure test bench introduction

The valve pressure test bench is a new type of pressure test device developed by our company based on the working principle of pneumatic booster imported from abroad and combined with the actual situation in China.

  • The characteristics

The valve pressure test table uses compressed air as the power source, and the output fluid pressure is proportional to the drive air source pressure. By adjusting the pressure of the driving air source, the corresponding hydraulic pressure can be obtained. When the driving source pressure is balanced with the hydraulic pressure, the pneumatic booster pump stops charging and the output fluid pressure is stabilized at the preset pressure. Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small volume, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance and wide application range. It is especially suitable for high pressure and ultra high pressure blasting and pressure test of pressure equipment such as valves, pipes, connecting parts and pressure vessels. At the same time, it is also suitable for scientific research and inspection departments as testing tools.

It is used for liquid blasting test and pressure test of all pressure vessels such as valves, pipes and boilers.

  • System composition

The system consists of a gas-liquid booster pump, a control valve tube, and the like.

Important note: The high pressure shut-off valve is a conical valve needle with a closing force of no more than 18 Nm. In the boosting process, if there is leakage in the shut-off valve, the correct operation should be to re-close after pressure relief. Avoid excessive force and damage the valve core to shorten the service life of the valve.

  • Operating procedures

1. Add the oil mister of the second unit 2 to the lubricating oil, the 10# or 20# mechanical oil in the south, and the antifreeze mechanical oil or low-condensing hydraulic oil in the winter in the north.

2. Fill the reservoir with water or other liquid.

3. Close the driving gas source shut-off valve 3, connect the gas source, adjust the pressure reducing valve on the double body, and let the air pressure not exceed 0.8MPa (0.8kgf/cm2).

4. When using water as test pressure medium, replace the corresponding joint according to the thread size of the tested hose joint, connect the tested hose filled with water, close the shut-off valve 9, open the water supply switch 6, open the high pressure shut-off valve 8, and open The hand-operated valve 3, the gas-liquid booster pump 4 is started, because the pump is 400:1, when the gas source pressure is set to 0.7 MPa, the highest output liquid pressure is 280 MPa, and the highest rise of the pressure gauge is observed when the hose is blasted. Pressure, and record, the highest displayed pressure is the pressure of the test tube blasting.

  • The operating procedures

1. When the container is hydraulically tested, the gas in the container and the connecting pipe should be cleaned out. It is necessary to carry out high and ultra-high pressure bearing test on the container, which makes the boosting smooth and safe.

2. When performing pressure test work, the operator must pay attention to the boosting condition of the pressure gauge 7 and the leakage of the joint. If the problem is found, the pump should be stopped immediately and the pressure relieved.

3. The high-pressure pump only acts as a booster. Starting the pump does not increase the displacement. Therefore, when filling the container to be inspected, the pump should be stopped to avoid reactive wear of the booster pump seal.

4. There must be lubricating oil in the oil mister to lubricate the pneumatic pump. The oil quantity can be adjusted to 15-20 drops per minute, and the oil in the oil cup must be carried out without air pressure.

5. The water in the water filter is discharged at any time. The filter cup water should be cleaned frequently. When cleaning, first wash with mineral oil. Dry the cup with low pressure air. Avoid using acetone, acetaldehyde, acetate or toluene. Wait for the solution to clean. Because these solutions will damage the cup.

6. The test pressure medium of the machine must be kept clean. The water tank and the filter screen should be cleaned frequently. Because the test pressure medium is not clean, the valve type seal of the machine will be not strict and affect the use.
