connection valve seal and valve body strength performance test .
Optional special sealing disk can be used to performance testing for weld valves and threaded coupling valves .
The Valve clamping pressure type is the top-jacking, through the straight surface pressure across the valve clamp valve.
Test medium could be water, gas,or oil, by customer choice .
EHV test bench can be customized. Configuration import UHP fittings, valve test 150MPa Christmas tree valve.
1. Product Introduction
To ensure the reliable sealing quality of newly manufactured valves and valves after maintenance, the final process in valve production and valve maintenance is pressure testing. The testing methods used should comply with national or international standards. The most commonly used standards include American standards (ANSI/ASME, API), German standards (DIN), European standards (EN), and international standards (ISO).
Valves can be categorized into the following types: block valves (gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, check valves, etc.), control valves, and control valves. Although the standards for valve pressure testing vary, the testing methods for different types of valves are generally similar, with the most important aspects being: testing the strength of the valve body; inspecting the sealing integrity of the valve body, valve stem, and valve shaft; inspecting the sealing integrity of the valve seat or base (if applicable); and determining the trip pressure of the safety valve.
This test bench is designed and manufactured with reference to similar products of Germany and GB4981 standard,It is suitable for sealing test of straight-through welded valves and straight- through flange connection valves , before and after installation. It is suitable for shell test, sealing test (low pressure sealing test and high pressure sealing test) and upper seal test (ISO5208) for GB4981, in order to prevent faulty valves from entering work site.
