What Valve Pressure Testing Verifies
Before a valve ships or returns to service after repair, pressure testing confirms three things: valve body/shell strength, seat and stem sealing performance, and overall leak-tightness under working conditions. Our equipment is designed with reference to GB/T13927 "General Valve Pressure Test," SH 3518 "Standard for Inspection and Management of Petrochemical Valves," and international standards including ISO 5208 and API 598. Beyond Standard Range: High-Pressure and Custom Capability
For valves outside standard test ranges, we've built custom configurations including ultra-high-pressure (UHP) systems for wellhead equipment — including a configuration rated to 150MPa for Christmas tree valve testing. Standard equipment includes high and low pressure water pump systems, with gas supercharging available as an option.

1. What's the difference between your configuration types?
Horizontal and vertical describe how the valve is clamped and loaded — horizontal suits larger, heavier valves and standard workshop use; vertical suits smaller valves in high-volume lines. Flipped double-hold reduces repositioning time for bidirectional testing. Safety valve benches are a separate design focused on set pressure and seat tightness rather than shell/seat pressure testing.
2. What standards does your equipment comply with?
GB/T13927, SH 3518, ISO 5208, and API 598, depending on model and customer requirement.
3. Can one bench test multiple valve types?
