The YM Series Milling-Type Plate Beveling Machine is designed for weld preparation beveling of metal plates. It adopts a cold milling process to machine plate edges, providing accurate bevel geometry and high-quality machining surfaces.
Compared with flame cutting and manual grinding methods, the milling process avoids heat-affected zones, material deformation, hardness changes, and oxide layers, improving welding preparation quality and reducing additional finishing work.
