The YM Series Milling-Type Plate Beveling Machine is designed for weld preparation beveling of metal plates. It adopts a cold milling process to machine plate edges, providing accurate bevel geometry and high-quality machining surfaces.
Compared with flame cutting and manual grinding methods, the milling process avoids heat-affected zones, material deformation, hardness changes, and oxide layers, improving welding preparation quality and reducing additional finishing work.
The machine travels automatically along the plate edge and is suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and other metal plate processing applications in industrial fabrication.
