Our M-100A portable valve grinding machine has been packed and shipped to a customer in Vietnam. This order is another delivery to the Vietnamese market, where valve maintenance contractors and industrial service companies rely on our equipment for on-site and workshop valve repair.
The M-100A is designed for grinding and lapping valve seats on globe valves, safety valves and other small to medium-sized industrial valves. It covers a grinding range of Φ20–175 mm, suitable for valves from DN20 to DN150 (1"–6"), and is driven by an 850 W motor with a total weight of about 22 kg. Its compact and portable design makes it well suited for on-site maintenance as well as workshop use.
For this order, the machine was packed in a plywood export crate together with a fitted aluminum tool case holding the standard grinding heads, accessories and operating tools. The plywood packaging meets export requirements and protects the equipment during sea freight.
The aluminum tool case keeps the grinding heads, lapping tools and small parts organized and easy to carry, so the customer can start valve seat grinding work immediately after delivery.
Vietnam has been an important market for us in Southeast Asia.
