A repeat order from an oil and gas customer in Finland is being packed in the workshop: one M-100 and one M-300C portable valve grinding machine. Each machine is laid out in its carrying case, checked against its packing list, and then cushioned into a wooden crate for air freight.

M-100: everything in its place

The M-100 case holds the full working set: the technical manual and product qualification certificate on top, grinding discs of different sizes arranged in dedicated slots in a custom red foam insert, and the power tool alongside. Everything has its own place in the foam, so the set arrives complete and can be checked at a glance on site.

M-300C: the same packing discipline

The M-300C case follows the same pattern — technical manual and qualification certificate, grinding discs in the red foam insert, and the machine's components packed around them. The M-300C covers Φ118–430 mm (DN100–400, 4″–16″) at 78 kg, a portable grinder for medium gate valves that goes to the valve instead of the other way around.

Two layers of protection, then FedEx air freight

Packing is done in two layers. Each aluminum carrying case is set into a wooden crate with foam cushioning around it, and the crates are sealed with shipping marks reading "PORTABLE VALVE GRINDER" and "MADE IN CHINA". The crates are prepared for dispatch via FedEx International air freight to Finland.
